1. Services & Engagement
NorthWorks Agency LLC provides specialized local search engine optimization, mobile website design, Google Ads management, and Local Services Ads management for local service businesses. Specific scopes of work are outlined in individual client agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All websites, landing pages, custom code assets, and localized SEO architectures constructed by NorthWorks for clients become the exclusive property of the client upon fulfillment of agreement terms.
